Meet Lynda Williams
Guide and Life Coach for
Inner Evolution, Reinvention & Manifestation
I’ve lived enough chapters to know this:
Your life can fall apart more than once and still turn into something deeply aligned.
I’ve reinvented before it was trendy.
I’ve had businesses soar, then crumble overnight from forces I couldn’t control.
I’ve gone from corporate boardrooms to a healing table to holding space with coaching clients online as they navigate profound inner shifts.
None of it was random.
Every chapter taught me how to listen, trust, and create again — from a truer place.
That’s the energy I bring into my work with you.
The First Leap: From Employee to Founder
I didn’t start out confident.
I was a junior recruiter in New York, fresh out of school, trying to prove I belonged.
I stayed late, learned fast, and poured myself into my work. Within four years, I was one of the top recruiters in the company.
At the time, I thought I was just “working hard.”
Looking back, I can see I was already practicing manifestation:
🍃 Holding a clear picture of what I wanted
🍃 Showing up as if it were already possible
🍃 Taking aligned action day after day
The turning point came when I asked for a raise that reflected the results I was consistently bringing in… and got a firm no.
It wasn’t anger that rose up. It was clarity.
If I could create that kind of success for someone else, why couldn’t I create it for myself?
That quiet realization changed everything.
In 1996, I opened my own staffing firm, Staffing Advantage. At first it was just me and a big unknown.
Then the clients came. Then the team. Then the awards.
Before long, I had a thriving firm, multiple employees, and a business I truly loved.
But the most important thing I built in that season wasn’t the company.
It was my relationship with my own power to create.
I learned:
You don’t wait to be chosen. You decide. And then you build from that decision.
When the World Shifted:
9/11 and a Deeper Calling
Then the world changed.
After 9/11, the industry that had supported my firm was shaken to its core.
Search work slowed. Clients pulled back. Month by month, I watched my once-busy office grow quiet.
What had been a company of 80 slowly dwindled to just a handful of us trying to keep the lights on.
It was heartbreaking.
I had three children, a mortgage, and a team that depended on me. Every practical part of me
wanted to cling harder, push more, find a way to “save” what I’d built.
But in the middle of that unraveling, something else surfaced — something that had been there all along.
I had always been drawn to healing. Energy work. Mind–body connection.
The way people hold stress and stories in their tissues. I used to joke, “If I ever come back in another life, I’ll be a healer.”
After 9/11, it stopped feeling like a joke and started feeling like an instruction.
The decision made no sense on paper.
But in my body, in my intuition, it was crystal clear.
I enrolled in massage therapy school while I was still running the firm.
By day, I was negotiating contracts. By night, I was learning anatomy, touch,
and the subtle language of the nervous system. It was exhausting and also strangely, beautifully… right.
Those years taught me that manifestation isn’t always about “more.”
Sometimes it’s about listening deeply enough to let go.
Eventually, I made one of the hardest and holiest choices of my life: I closed the firm and opened
a wellness center in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
For 20 years, I worked hands-on with clients as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapist.
People came in with neck pain or migraines and, slowly, the conversations would deepen — into their stress,
their grief, their stuckness, their desire for something more.
In that quiet treatment room, I watched:
🍃 how the body holds unspoken stories
🍃 how release often brings emotional clarity
🍃 how much people long to feel like themselves again
I wasn’t just easing muscles.
I was helping people come home to themselves.
The Second Turning: From Healing Table to Coaching
Over time, something began to shift again.
Clients would lie on the table and say things like:
“I don’t think I’m meant to be in this job anymore.”
“I feel like my life doesn’t match who I am now.”
“I know something needs to change, but I don’t know where to start.”
Our sessions became half bodywork, half deep conversation about their lives, relationships, and callings.
People would leave saying, “That felt like therapy and strategy and spiritual direction all in one.”
I didn’t have a name for what I was doing yet.
My clients did.
“Have you ever thought about becoming a coach?” they asked.
At first, I brushed it off. But the question wouldn’t leave. Eventually, I listened.
I trained with the World Coach Institute and became a Certified Professional Life and Career Coach.
The training gave language to something I’d been doing intuitively for years: helping people move through transitions,
listen to themselves and create lives that matched who they were becoming.
Then, in 2020, my second business was crushed when the pandemic forced me to close my doors again.
Another tragedy, beyond my power to control, had to be navigated.
I didn’t crumble.
This time I understood:
Life was rearranging so I could serve in a new way.
During the shutdown, I decided it was time to yet again pivot and I took my
life coaching practice online and began working with clients all over the country —
guiding them through reinventions, awakenings, and the
kind of inner shifts that change everything on the outside too.
How All of This Shapes How I Work with You
By the time a new client finds me now, they’re usually not looking for another “how-to” plan.
They’re in a moment where:
🍃 The old way of living or working doesn’t fit
🍃 Something deeper is stirring, but it’s hard to name
🍃 They’re ready to create a new chapter — they just don’t want to burn everything down to do it
When we work together, I bring:
🍃 Lived experience with real reinvention
I don’t coach from theory. I coach from businesses built and lost, paths outgrown and reclaimed, risks taken,
and lives re-created from the inside out.
🍃 A grounded approach to manifestation
For me, manifestation is not magic thinking. It’s the alignment of belief, desire, energy, and action.
We work with what you’re feeling drawn to and create a steady path toward it.
🍃 Intuitive clarity with practical next steps
I have a gift for hearing the thread beneath your words — the truth trying to come through.
Together, we translate that truth into decisions and actions that feel honest and doable.
🍃 A space where all of you is welcome
Your logic and your intuition. Your ambition and your exhaustion. Your grief, your hope, your not-quite-formed vision.
You don’t have to be polished or “ready.” You just have to be willing to tell yourself the truth.
If You’re Standing at Your Own Turning Point…
Maybe your story doesn’t look anything like mine — or maybe you recognize some of the same themes:
🍃 A life that looks “fine” on the outside, but feels too small or misaligned
🍃 A chapter that ended before you were ready
🍃 A pull toward something you can’t quite name yet
🍃 A sense that you’re meant for a different expression of your gifts
If you’re in that in-between space where something inside you is changing
and you’re ready to create what comes next more consciously, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
You don’t have to burn down your life to honor your evolution.
You just have to be willing to listen — and then create from what you hear.
When you’re ready, we can begin.
Feeling the Pull Toward What’s Next? Let’s Begin.
If you’re in a season of inner change and you’re craving clarity, truth, and a sense of direction, this session is the place to start.
Your first 75-minute private coaching session gives you space to slow down, understand what’s shifting, and see your next chapter with more confidence and ease.
You’ll leave with grounded insight, clear direction, and aligned actions you can trust.
If something in you knows it’s time for more — honor it.
